"Our kitchen is the heart of Kokan Kinara. Every dish tells a story of the Konkan coast — its fishermen, its spice gardens, its coconut groves. Our head chef Savitri has been cooking these recipes for over 30 years, passed down from her mother and her mother's mother. We serve only what the sea gives us that day."
